Uses:
Apply liberally to your chest or back.
Massage into the back of your neck or temples.
Rub into the soles of your feet prior to bed and cover with thick socks.
Not advised for children under 12 months.
Due to the nature of essential oils, a skin patch test is recommended.

I highly recommend the Natural Eucalyptus Vapour Balm. It has a wonderful scent, very pleasant on sensitive skin. It has aided and helped with clearing my sons runny nose up within a couple of days, he actually asks to have it rubbed on his chest were as other chest rubs such as Vicks etc. he did not like.
