Refund Policy

We provide great care in crafting and sending our products. However in the circumstance that your product is damaged/faulty or incorrect in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via email at admin@riverbalms.com.au. Please include photos and be thorough in your description, and we will endeavor to correct your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to provide a refund for change of mind purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, including seconds sales.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
